The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu design and creation in a new fine-dining restaurant. As Executive Chef, you will work closely with the newly identified Food and Beverage Manager to ensure guest satisfaction with outstanding cuisine.
This position will be responsible for staffing the kitchen, developing and motivating kitchen staff and managing team performance.
We require the Executive Chef to have at least 5 years of menu design and progressive culinary management experience.
