Perfection at a high altitude, The St. Regis Deer Valley offers an apr's-ski lounge, ski valet service, a ski beach, and a split-level infinity-edge swimming pool with adjacent hot tubs and heated deck with large grassy area. The resort's 14,000-square-foot Rem de Spa provides an inspired selection of signature treatments, two private spa suites with exterior patios for side-by-side treatments, men's and women's steam and sauna facilities, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness facility overlooking the pool and ski runs.

This bold, upscale eatery currently seeks experienced Line Cooks to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
