The French Culinary Institute, one of the world's preeminent culinary schools, is seeking a chef-instructor for its professional Classic Pastry Arts program. The candidate should be decisive and comfortable in a kitchen/classroom setting, where they will be conducting demos, coaching and evaluating students of various skill levels. The candidate will also be responsible for following a dynamic, diverse curriculum, and for creating lesson plans based on various curriculum topics.
The successful candidate should have at least 6 years of professional pastry experience. They should not only have significant knowledge in the principles of pastry, but also be able to impart that knowledge to students.
