Position Description:
General Manager
-Will organize and oversee all aspects of the front of the house operations and some administrative day to day tasks, including implementing a balanced and detailed working system.
-Must be fully dedicated, very responsible, professionally driven, career minded and excellent leadership skills.
-Experience in cost managment required.
-Must have an in-depth knowledge of wines.
-Must possess impeccable training knowledge to implement a flawless system of communication between house and guests delivering the most attentive and detailed overall service. Flexible minds preferred.
-We prefer candidates to have a natural passion for food, wine, cocktails and craft beers as well as genuine humility and respect for guests and employees alike.
