We are opening a Nose to Tail and Farm to Table, pork-centric restaurant. Scheduled to open in the spring 2012, in Washington DC. We will offer local, natural, and ethically raised pork; as well as vegetables from our own organic farm in Maryland. This will be a small neighborhood restaurant and bar with 70 dining seats and 15 bar stools. Dinner 7 nights, Sat/Sun brunch and eventually lunch.
You must be organized, able to create a menu based on parameters and pricing, be able to work along with an executive chef and play nice with others. This is a GREAT opportunity for the right person.
