Elisir Restaurant is seeking an experienced, talented and extremely creative Pastry Chef for Chef Enzo Fargiones new anticipated fine dining eatery in Penn Quarter soon to open in October 2011
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience and good skills with chocolate and sugar crafting and excellent skills for visual plated presentations.
Daily duties include productions of petit fours, a la carte menu, tasting menu and private party menu items.
Positive track record of success is a must as well as dedication with high sense of responsibility. Must be professionally and career driven with good working balance and great social attitude.
