NATIONAL BI-COASTAL RESTAURANT GROUP with a coast-to coast presence and operations in fine dining establishments, cultural centers and art-filled landmark locations seeks professionals with experience for high volume, full service, Italian restaurants.
CHEFS require: *A minimum of five (5) years Italian food experience in a high volume, full service restaurant. *Italian food preparation expertise. *A strong work ethic, are hospitality driven and customer focused. *A Culinary Arts degree is preferred OR experience in a similar operation OR equivalent education and experience. *Fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location. *Strong organizational skills. *Supervisory/Leadership experience is a plus.
