Executive Chef needed for 1789 Restaurant, a fine dining restaurant in historic and residential Georgetown (Washington, DC). Open evenings. American cuisine.
Chef works with local growers & producers to write seasonal and local daily-changing menu.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, professional, mature individual with a great work ethic and a commitment to uncompromising quality. Chef is responsible for purchasing and food cost management, and possesses outstanding communication skills and organizational abilities. Works in tandem with a top notch management team and staff.
Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef.
