StarChefs.com is accepting volunteer applications for the 2011 International Chefs Congress. The Congress is a 3-day symposium of cooking demonstrations, a culinary products fair, chef networking, and of course food tasting. We're looking for responsible individuals who love food, wine and cocktails and the people behind them to help with setup, registration, gift bags, products fair, competitions, etc.
The Congress is October 2-4 at the New York Park Avenue Armory, but we'll need volunteers before and after to help set up and break down the event. Volunteers who work a four hour shift on at least two days may attend one complimentary day at the Congress. Volunteers are needed for the following times:
