Ideally looking for someone to bring 3+ years executive chef experience for newly established upscale casual restaurant. Would be open to considering very, very high level chef de cuisine based upon references and experience.
Progressive American menu that changes seasonally. Chef needs to be open to being creative.
Job involves creative menu planning, controlling costs, supervising other chefs and committment to high quality ingredients. Full back of house/kitchen operations. Self motivated individual must have excellent references.
