Washington DC/Penn Quarter restaurant group looking for serious and organized Pastry Chef to open its latest restaurant concept. The position requires proficient skill in menu development, execution, production, effective management of staff and costing. Must have minimum 3 years of Pastry Chef experience in a high volume restaurant. Focus of pastry; simple and elegant for high volume production, chocolates, and special occasion cakes.
