|Position Description:||Together with the General Manager and the Restaurant Manager overlooks and manages the restaurant and Wine cellar to the hightest level of service.|
The current restaurant is a 5 Diamond Restaurant and has a very extensive wine list (800 references).
A second smaller restaurant,room service,pool and lounge service are a part of the operations.
Passion for details, service and food is a requirement. Strong wine knowledge is required. Position requires some office work but the main focus is hands on and on the floor. Health care and dental is provided. Paid vacations.
