|Position Description:||Chef de Cuisine position available at The Snake River Grill, a Jackson Hole Landmark restaurant, located in the mountains of world class skiing and near the gateway to Yellowstone National Park.|
Position is open immediately, allowing you to train with current Chef de Cuisine until June.
This is a very hands-on cooking position where you will be working directly with Executive Chef Jeff Drew, a James Beard "Best Chef Northwest" Award Nominee.
S.R.G. is a dinner only restaurant with "from scratch" cooking with a consistently changing menu based upon the seasons.
Candidate should have strong organizational skills, a teaching-style of management, accuracy with prime cost controls, ability to adapt quickly, semi-fluent in kitchen Spanish and an understanding of the personal and time commitment that a well run kitchen requires
Minimum five years previous executive chef or chef de cuisine experience in fine dining required. A Background in independent restaurants is a plus.
Position provides two months paid vacation along with a free ski pass, health insurance, 401k and many other benefits.
