|Position Description:||Together with the General Manager and the Executive Chef the Assistant Restaurant Manager overlooks and manages the restaurant to the hightest level of service.|
The current restaurant is a 5 Diamond Restaurant and has a very extensive wine list.
A second smaller restaurant,room service,pool and lounge service are a part of the operations.
Passion for details, service and food is a requirement. Strong knowledge is required as the Assistant Restaurant Manager conducts trainings with the team.
Position requires office work but the main focus is hands on and on the floor. Health care and dental is provided. Paid vacations.
