We are looking for passionate role models who would like to be a part of our outstanding team.
Curently, The Inn at Little Washington is looking for an experienced SOUS CHEF to help lead its award winning kitchen team.
A passionate industry leader & role model who is engaged, self-motivated and able to excel under pressure in the constantly evolving environment of a living theatre. Works with a high level of integrity, communicating and demonstrating efficiency in our culture of "fantality," half-way between fantasy and reality. A highly efficient Culinarian with the unquenchable desire to practice one's craft in the art of multi-dimensional cooking.
The successful candidate will be a creative individual with a minimum of three years of fine dining kitchen experience in a supervisory role. This individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a very fast-moving kitchen, and the ability to meet the expectations of a 5-Star, 5-Diamond property.
