|Position Description:||NINE-TEN Restaurant in La Jolla is a seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. Candidate must have extensive wine knowledge, sommelier certificate a plus. Must have 3-5 years of fine dining and hotel food and beverage experience to include floor supervision. Will be experienced in excel and POS systems and open table. Must have a good training background as this candidate will be responsible for training various positions. As part of the hotel food and beverage aspect, this candidate will be responsible for assisting with the banquet department as well as the fine dining restaurant and other hotel and food and beverage outlets like room service, amenities, etc. |
Hours for this position will vary to include, weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is a must.
