|Position Description:||Boutique Resort on a small Caribbean island seeking a Chef de Partie. Candidate should have cooking knowledge and a minimum of five years relevant experience. Formal training is preferred.|
Candidate will be expected to hold his/her own and cover shifts while under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisor.
All candidates must be able to speak, read and write English. The candidate must also be able to work flexible hours, have a clean police record, have a valid drivers license, be able to lift 50Ibs and live full time on Little Cayman. The candidate should be able to commit to at least a six month contract.
