|Position Description:||Job Overview: |
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production. Create and improve an outstanding standard of Pastry product. Direct, train and monitor performance of all employees ensuring positive moral. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Ensure all employees attend daily line-ups and that standards and procedures are followed at all times.
- Minimum of five years experience as a Pastry Chef at a 4 or 5 star hotel or 4 or 5 Star/Michelin star rated restaurant.
