About the position:
Competitive salary with attainable performance bonuses.
Overall responsibility for operating a medium volume casual ?fine dining? restaurant
Reports directly to the managing partner.
Uses excellent communication skills to lead, train, develop and motivate staff
Participate in promotions and marketing efforts
Build positive, professional relationships with staff, vendors and guests.
Ensures the guests have the best dining experience possible through excellent service, restaurant cleanliness, accurate and timely service of food and beverage
Inventory, ordering, reporting and other typical General Management responsibilities
Qualities we are looking for:
Current experience as a General Manager with fine dining attributes.
Good tenure with logical career progression.
Entrepreneurial skills with ability to build business opportunities.
Desire to opearte a sustainable, socially committed business.
Proven ability to drive sales.
Proven ability to train and develop people.
History of strong cost-controls.
Financial analysis and forecasting, P&L responsibilities.
Great communication skills.
Passion for service.
