San Diego Fine dining restaurant group is looking for a chef de cuisine for a well established, well respected restaurant. This person will be required to create an innovative fresh new farm to table menu while still upholding the restaurants prior reputation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. A minimum of five years high quality restaurant experience required as well as an ability to be proficient in all administration duties of a chef. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
All interviews will be held in the San Diego area and you must be able to provide your own transportation and lodging if you are not local to the area.
