The Westin Arlington gateway enjoys prime access to its surrounding area. In the active Ballston area of Arlington, and just a short walk from the Ballston metro station, guests have the option of exploring Arlington, Virginia or venturing into the nation's capital.

WHAT YOU DO
Anticipate guests' needs and instinctively make them feel cared for. Assist Executive Chef in the evolution and growth of the culinary team. Oversee the operation of the banquet and Pinzimini kitchen of the Westin Arlington gateway in conjunction with other departmental management. Responsibilities, include, but are not limited to, training and directing culinary staff; visually inspecting all food product to be served to ensure they all meet the quality standards set out by departmental and hotel management; ensure proper receiving and storage of food products as to comply with health department regulations and adherence to all cost and quality control procedures. Follow all eco-sure and Arlington county health and sanitation policies. Help create an experience where the guests feel better when they leave than when they arrive.
