The Brasserie is seeking an experienced high-energy wait staff/server with a passion for food and wine.
The successful candidate must be able to adapt and be flexible with the island way of life. A minimum of three years work experience serving sophisticated/fine - dining clientele is required.
The candidate must be highly focused on service and possess a warm and welcoming personality with a good work ethic to accommodate our mainly repeat executive clientele. Strong teamwork is essential in order to work well within this very tight ? knit team. A true Front of House hospitality professional, who has strong communications skills and is detail orientated.
Six-month seasonal contract with the possibility of growing in to a full time position.
