Position Description:
The Corporate Sous Chef assists restaurant chefs, in three locations with controlling food cost, purchasing, labor cost, training, menu development, providing professional leadership and support for kitchen management. Ensures consistancy, quality and the execution of the food. Assistes in Maintaining a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food handling techniques. Reporting directly to the Executive Corporate Chef.
Ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, and out going. Previous experience in similar establishments is REQUIRED. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse staff.
