|Position Description:||Award winning Modern French restaurant Natalie's at Camden Harbour Inn is looking for a motivated restaurant manager . If you like to be part of an exciting team and you have experience in managing a fine dining restaurant, than we would like to invite you to apply.|
We are looking for a person that feels comfortable motivating staff members, has strong organizational skills, has a extended knowledge of wines, is a good communicator and feels comfortable working in a 4 diamond, high profile environment.
Daily tasks are:
Day to day management
Hiring and training staff
Responsible for cost control FOH
Managing reservations and requests
Managing FOH staff including scheduling
Executing service in cooperation with BOH/Executive Chef
Building relationships with costumers and clients
The Inn's on-premise restaurant, Natalie's, also honored with four diamonds by AAA, has been called the finest gourmet eatery in Maine. Natalie's is a stunning restaurant offering modern French cuisine with a local Maine twist and 200 specialty wines from its exceptional wine cellar. Natalie?s offers sophisticated dEcor, impeccable service and gourmet dining without the pressure of formal attire, served under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Lawrence Klang. Chef Klang recently was invited to prepare a course for a dinner in Maine featuring top chefs from around the country, including internationally renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
