Position Description:
Chez Papa Resto, in the heart of San Francisco, is looking for Passionate Line Cooks to Join our Team. Chez Papa Resto focuses on the cuisine of the South of France with Global influences. The majority of our produce is hand selected by Chef David Bazirgan three times per week at the Farmers Market. We use a blend of Old School and New School techniques, never sacrificing the integrity of the ingredients. We serve fine dining food in an unpretentious atmosphere. We have a new sous chef Nicolai Lipscomb who returned from Spain , where he worked at Arzak and El Celler de Can Roca.
