Amazing full-time opportunity for a dedicated and disciplined individual who enjoys working with fresh, organic, seasonal Midwestern ingredients. Must have a positive attitude, a sense of urgency and perseverance to ensure that everything is done with an eye toward quality, presentation and taste. Gardening experience a plus, as we source 1/3 of our summer and fall produce from Canoe Bay's on-site 3-acre organic garden; menus created daily.

Our culinary team is united in the pursuit of making guests happy...be prepared to put yourself aside and practice good judgment, bending a rule for a guest in order to create an excellent experience.

We'll help make the connections you need: introducing you to local purveyors in the area, empowering you to lead food operations and motivate staff, providing you with an on-site chef's garden.

**Desire to live and work in a rural, country setting is key.
