Position Description:
Freemans is soon to open second restaurant on the Bowery in New York City. We are looking for solid line cooks. We will be open 7 days a week and serve breakfast, lunch/brunch and dinner every day, late. Location is on the Bowery.
You should apply if you want to be part of a very exciting and challenging adventure: opening a restaurant. You should apply if you not only believe in seasonal, farmers market driven menus, but also want to turn your beliefs into practice. You should apply if you know how to or want to learn how to break down whole animals, smoke meats, make charcuterie, bake bread or like eating breakfast at night.
