Position Description:
State-of-the-art facility at the Kentucky Derby Museum seeking an experienced Chef to oversee daily operation of full service restaurant and banquet functions.Responsible for developing and creating recipes emphasizing local ingredients, calculating food and labor costs, and hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff. Must have at least 3 years experience.Culinary School degree a plus. We are in need of career-minded, experienced professionals. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the company's high standards.
