Position Description:
Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of recent upscale California cuisine experience. Must have 7-10 years of excellent culinary management experience with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef, preferably at an upscale resort with multiple outlets and high volume banquet/catering experience. Candidate must possess strong leadership skills as well as training and development skills in managing a large team. Responsibilities include purchasing all food, developing menus, maintaining approved food and labor costs,ensuring quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards.
