|Position Description:||The Dinex Group, restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking experienced Chef de Partie for its highly acclaimed restaurants in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida. |
The Chef de Partie is responsible for working one of the following stations in the kitchen: Saucier, Hot appetizer, Rotisseur, Garde-manger, Entremetier, Poissonnier, Soupe, or Patissier.
The Chef de Partie is also responsible for the supervision of at least one cook and/or a commis at their station in addition to being in direct contact with the Chef or Sous Chef for all instructions on the station such as, but not limited to, menu changes.
* At least 3 years experience on the line in a high volume, and/or fine dining restaurant
* Knowledge of French cuisine and plating techniques is a plus
* A culinary degree is preferred, but not required
