Position Description:
STARR Restaurants is currently interviewing experienced Sous Chefs for Butcher and Singer, Stephen Starr's latest luxury steakhouse located in Philadelphia.
Requirements: * At least 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale restaurant * A great work ethic and a commitment to uncompromising quality * A passion for high quality ingredients and cooking technique * Experience with steakhouse cuisine is preferred but not required.
