Experience Required ~3-5 years experience as Head Chef in kitchens with a strong classical foundation
Skills Required ~Strong management and mentoring skills ~Positive attitude, unwavering dedication and consistently strong performer ~Ability to hit targeted food cost and payroll targets consistently ~Well rounded classical foundation with the ability to butcher meats/seafood/fowl, make stocks/soups and the ability to excel on sautee, grill and pantry ~Ability to source product through local farmers and other non-traditional vendors and continue our "farm to table" approach ~Commitment to sustainability, organic product and an overall "green" approach whenever possible ~This is a working chef position. You will be required to work either sautee or grill 5 nights a week
