The French Culinary Institute, one of the world?s premiere culinary schools, is seeking a Director of Pastry Arts to oversee their pastry and bread department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10years experience in the field of pastry and baking; a broad variety of experience including working in a fine dining restaurant establishment. Excellent management, leadership and team building skills are also required.
