Toppers at the Wauwinet, one of Nantuckets finest restaurants, currently seeks an experienced Line Cook to round out their kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
