Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the pastry production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry department. Develop new dessert menus for Whisknladle & Prepkitchen. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to create seasonal dessert menu. This position reports to the executive chef.
