Position Description:
A Voce is seeking a Pastry Chef to oversee both A Voce restaurants located in Manhattan. Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the restaurants. Must be extremely organized, motivated, innovative, have great technical skill and a strong interest in Italian cuisine. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. This position reports to the executive chef.
