Four Square, a Durham fine dining restaurant, is seeking an ambitious pastry chef to develop and produce seasonal desserts. Our menu changes every other month and uses as much local product as possible, so you will be able to flex your creative muscles. The restaurant is currently expanding and this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.
Successful candidate will: -Create an original 8-item dessert menu -Supervise assistants -Make and decorate wedding, birthday, and other occasion cakes -Live in the Durham triangle area -Have minimum 3 years fine dining experience -Prep and plate between 80-150 covers per night.
