Position Description:The award-winning Pearl and The Boarding House restaurants are currently seeking hard working and dedicated Sous Chefs and lead line cooks with an on-going obsession with food. The Pearl is a fine dining restaurant featuring asian-influenced coastal cuisine located on beautiful Nantucket Island. The Boarding House has a market driven menu with the use of Mediterranean sensibilites. These full time positions require responsibility and creativity with a desire to be part of a talented team.

Must have a solid foundation in classical and modern cuisine either through an accredited school or outstanding work experience. If you are energetic, motivated and graceful under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
