We are currently seeking a Sushi Cook for REBAR.
REBAR is our chic, sophisticated bar and lounge located on the mezzanine level which offers guests a vibrant atmosphere in which to linger over views of the Chicago River and Michigan Avenue Bridge.
Requirements: This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least 3-4 years experience in a Sushi Cook position. Basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge required. Prepare & cook sushi & sashimi accordingly; cook, season & coordinate creative and/or speciality items including rolls, sushi, sashimi. Experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
