MODERN ITALIAN CHEF--FINE DINING, PREMIER PROPERTY
Leading global boutique hotel company with a property in Los Angeles seeking modern Italian cuisine chef for signature fine dining restaurant. This restaurant will be highly publicized with every intention of being the top Italian dining destination in the area.
Seeking exceptional candidate who has worked as exec chef or chef de cuisine in a top Italian restaurant in the United States--along the lines of A16, Mozza, Del Posto, etc.
This experience MUST be at a well known, high-profile Italian restaurant.
Additional requirements include:
-Excellent longevity and references -Proven track record and ability to lead a team and manage costs and to work within a corporate structure - Exceptional food!
