EXECUTIVE CHEF - WASHINGTON, DC A well established fine dining Modern American cuisine restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef. We are seeking a candidate with minimum of four years experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant. The Candidate must be well versed in Food and labor cost. The position involves management of all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, staffing, scheduling, training, and shift execution. They must be a leader and able to coach and develop employees as well as develop and implement systems in a fast paced restaurant environment. Candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction.
