Requirements: ? Minimum 5 years? supervisory experience in a high volume, full service, fine dining French restaurant. ? Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine. ? Strong working experience with P&L statements. ? Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior. ? Excellent communication skills.
