Position Description:
The Brasserie is seeking a high-energy waitstaff/server/sommelier with a passion for food and wine.
The successful candidate must be able to adapt and be flexible with the island way of life. A minimum of three years experience serving sophisticated/fine dining clientele is required. A solid knowledge of old and new world wines is necessary along with the ability to sell and serve wine.
The candidate must possess a warm and welcoming personality and a strong work ethic for our mainly repeat clientele. Also required, strong communication skills and being detail oriented while representing our wine list and menus.
A minimum of one year commitment, however two years is preferred.
