Style, visual excellence and a passion for being the best are the primary requirements. Most responsibility will be hands-on support to the enhanced dining arena, with some support to the ala carte fine dining.
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, 1-3 years progressive experience in a quality operation with experience in all new culinary trends. Will consider apprentice with desire to grow with our Enhanced Dining Program.
You must be able to articulate and demonstrate your imagination and ability to create the finest in visual presentations and preparations of salads/entrees and specialty desserts. Cater to our residents daily food service needs.
