BOKA Restaurant Group in Chicago is currently accepting resumes for General Manager for Girl & The Goat, its newest property and collaboration with Partner and Executive Chef Stephanie Izard (Top Chef Winner 2008). The restaurant, which has been called, "The most anticipated opening of 2010," is looking for an extraordinary candidate who fits the following criteria:
Potential General Manager MUST possess the following characteristics:
-Must have a Minimum of 5 Years General Management Experience
-Must be able to prepare and understand Profit & Loss Statements and also understand costing structures
-Must have experience with Open Table and Aloha
-Must have great computer skills
-Must have exceptional writing skills
-Must have an exceptional personality
-Must be hospitable and willing to do whatever it takes for the guest
-Must be passionate about the restaurant business
-Must have extensive Food & Wine knowledge (Everyone likes to drink wine but you need to know your stuff)
-Must have knowledge of beer and spirits
-Must have exceptional customer service skills
-Must be willing to work long extended hours
-Must be a quick thinker and able to problem solve
-Must be knowledgeable about The BOKA Restaurant Group
