chef de partie responsible for station on line, self sufficient where each station does fabrication, sauces, cooking, plating and organization. Works directly with executive chef in all aspects of the station. Cuisine is modern french/american, seasonal using high quality ingredients. Intense food focusing on techniques and proper cooking.
