The Executive Pastry Chef will supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks engaged in the preparation of desserts, pastries, confections, and ice cream.
Job Requirements: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - planning production for pastry department according to menu or special requirements - supplying recipes for, and suggesting methods and procedures to pastry workers - fashioning table and pastry decorations (such as statuaries and sugar paste and icing ornaments) - requisitioning supplies and equipment - maintaining production records
