Position Description:Blue Fin is now seeking an Executive Chef for the pastry production at the W Hotel!

Blue Fin features the talent of Executive Chef Eric Woods in a two-story, 400-seat Yabu Pushelberg-designed dining spectacle in the heart of the most exciting city in the world. We are seeking talented, hospitality service-minded individuals who are as committed as we are to providing absolute guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A passion for food and hospitability a must!

The Executive Pastry Chef will supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks engaged in the preparation of desserts, pastries, confections, and ice cream.

Job Requirements:
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- planning production for pastry department according to menu or special requirements
- supplying recipes for, and suggesting methods and procedures to pastry workers
- fashioning table and pastry decorations (such as statuaries and sugar paste and icing ornaments)
- requisitioning supplies and equipment
- maintaining production records
