|Position Description:||Alma de Cuba, one of the nation?s premier Latin restaurants, and the renowned partnership of Stephen Starr and Chef Douglas Rodriguez, is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef. |
- Strong experience and interest in modern Latin cuisine
- Solid leadership skills
- Knowledge of cost control procedures
* The ideal candidate will have gained expertise and passion for Latin cooking thru first hand experience with the cuisine and cultures of Central & South America.
