Position Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for ordering and food preparation for 500 people. Will oversee staff of 20. Needs to be an organized manager with good budgeting and managing skills. Looking for someone who works hard, takes pride in their food and ownership of the kitchen. Hopefully will come back for many summers. Past chefs have worked here for long stints. Premier residential summer camp with high quality kid friendly food. Room and board are included on site. Families or singles are welcome. Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.

Camp Cedar is a residential summer camp in Maine. It was founded in 1954 and is celebrating its 51 summer. Over 300 boys and over 150 staff spend the summer on our bautiful lakefront facility in Maine. The camp is 30 miles north of Portland Maine, 2 1/2 hours from Boston, 1/2 hour from the ocean.
