Position Description:
Sashi Sushi & Sake Lounge, a $4 million+, celebrity chef, Asian concept is currently looking for a passionate restaurateur with demonstrated leadership ability for our General Manager position in the South Bay/Los Angeles market. Successful candidates typically have a Bachelor?s with an excellent academic record and up to five years of experience at a top-tier upscale restaurant or hotel group. Intelligence, integrity, humility and a determination to succeed are a must. Starting base salary is between $75,000-$100,000, however, individual compensation packages are commensurate with experience.
